Our LA Office is Moving to the Sunset Strip!

Siebert Has Signed a New Los Angeles Office at The NOW, 8497 West Sunset Boulevard

We have some exciting news to share: Siebert has signed a 10-year lease for the penthouse level at The NOW, 8497 West Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Our Los Angeles office is relocating from Beverly Hills to one of the most architecturally striking new addresses on the Sunset Strip.

For us, moments like this are more than a business decision. They are a reflection of where we are headed.

The new LA office spans approximately 10,000 square feet, including roughly 5,500 square feet of interior office space and a 4,500-square-foot private terrace overlooking the Strip, situated directly across from the iconic 1 Hotel. The deal was brokered by Arman Mahmoodi of BeachRock Group.

This move represents a strategic step forward in alignment with Siebert’s long-term vision for growth, innovation, and expanded market presence. As our Los Angeles footprint continues to evolve, we are intentionally bringing together our core financial services operations with our entertainment-focused subsidiaries: Gebbia Media, dedicated to developing musical talent and entertainment properties, and Gebbia Sports, focused on athlete wealth management. By uniting these verticals under one roof, we are strengthening our integrated platform, fostering collaboration, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering forward-thinking solutions across finance, media, and sports.

We are consolidating our Los Angeles presence after operating from two offices in Beverly Hills. The penthouse at The NOW is designed to support a hybrid work model and foster the in-person collaboration that drives our finance, media, and sports verticals forward.

"This move reflects a broader shift toward hybrid offices that combine financial services with content creation and talent-focused businesses, emphasizing the value of in-person collaboration after years of industry disruption. We’re particularly bullish about our media and rock music investment with Big Machine Rock. Sunset Boulevard is the home of rock and roll, and we are happy to be part of the rock resurgence." — David and Richie Gebbia (Owners/Principals of Siebert).

The NOW is a three-story, 28,930-square-foot mixed-use building developed by Jeff Appel of United El Segundo, Inc. Since its completion, it has quickly become one of the most architecturally notable additions to the Sunset Strip, featuring a striking two-sided 3D digital billboard at Sunset and La Cienega boulevards.

With our penthouse lease, The NOW is now fully occupied. We are proud to be its anchor office tenant and to share the building with Sora, a Japanese dining concept from Tokyo-listed Round One, which has leased approximately 19,300 square feet across the first and second floors and is expected to open later this year.

Location matters. And this one means something.

Sunset Boulevard has long been the intersection of ambition, creativity, and commerce in Los Angeles. For a team that manages billions in client assets while also investing in the future of rock music through our BMR partnership, it is the right address. Our 10-year commitment here reflects a conviction that the convergence of finance, media, and talent representation is not a trend. It is the direction the industry is moving, and we intend to lead it.

We are proud to join a street with a history as bold as our own.

We look forward to welcoming clients, partners, and friends to our new LA home on the Strip. More details to come.

Stay tuned.
