Paving the Path: Siebert Financial Hosts First Women’s Luncheon in Miami

Written by Siebert Financial | March 26, 2025

To close out International Women’s Month with intention and impact, Siebert Financial proudly hosted our first-ever Siebert Women’s Luncheon in Miami—a curated afternoon that brought together a dynamic group of local women who are boldly paving their own paths. From corporate leaders and entrepreneurs to creatives and influencers, the event was filled with women who are breaking barriers and building their futures on their own terms.

This inspiring afternoon was hosted by Lacey Hatton, Director of Marketing at Siebert, and Natasha Howe, Wealth Manager at Siebert—two women who are passionate about elevating voices, sharing stories, and creating intentional spaces for women to connect.

The atmosphere was electric. Conversations flowed easily, new connections were sparked, and experiences were shared with honesty, ambition, and heart. This wasn’t just a networking lunch—it was a space for real dialogue, mutual inspiration, and the beginning of something bigger.

At the heart of this initiative is the legacy of our founder, Muriel “Mickie” Siebert—the first woman to own a seat on the New York Stock Exchange and a lifelong advocate for gender equality in finance and beyond. Muriel didn’t wait for a seat at the table—she claimed it. And that spirit of boldness and determination continues to fuel everything we do.

Inspired by her trailblazing journey, we created this luncheon—and the broader Siebert Women’s Initiative—to foster a local community where women can connect, support one another, and grow together. We believe that when women gather with purpose, powerful things happen. Ideas are born, confidence is ignited, and barriers start to fall.

This event was the first of many. We’re committed to hosting these gatherings on a regular basis - from luncheons to group fitness classes - we aim to provide value to our newly curated community here in Miami. Our goal is to cultivate spaces where meaningful conversations happen, mentorship flows naturally, and women are empowered to not just succeed—but to thrive.

This is just the beginning. The movement we’re building is rooted in legacy, driven by purpose, and powered by community. We’re so proud of what this first luncheon sparked—and we can’t wait to see what comes next.

Stay tuned.
