MIAMI BEACH, FL. and NEW YORK, NY – Nov 4th, 2026 – Siebert Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: SIEB) (“Siebert”), a diversified provider of financial services, today announced a new leadership structure designed to support the company’s continued growth as it enters its 60th year in 2027 and reinforce the long-term leadership of the Gebbia family across generations

John J. Gebbia has been named Chairman of the Board of Siebert Financial, continuing his leadership of the company and providing strategic guidance to the next generation of the family.

John M. Gebbia has been named Chief Executive Officer of Muriel Siebert & Co., LLC, Siebert’s core broker-dealer subsidiary, and has joined the Board of Directors of Siebert Financial.

David Gebbia and Richard Gebbia have been appointed Co-Chief Executive Officers of Siebert Financial and will guide the company’s overall business strategy and continued expansion across its financial services platform

Together, the appointments mark the next chapter for a multi-generational family business. John J. Gebbia will continue to help guide the company as Chairman, while John M., David and Richard take on expanded leadership roles across Siebert’s businesses.

The structure is designed to combine continuity with a new phase of growth, representing Siebert’s value in continuing to grow the business while keeping the family closely involved in the company’s strategy, operations and long-term direction.

Siebert enters this next phase from a position of growth. In the second quarter of 2026, the company reported $31.2 million in revenue, alongside growth across stock borrow/stock loan, investment banking, wealth management and advisory services. Siebert has also continued to expand into new areas including tokenized securities, cross-border market access and new investment products.

“This company has always been built for the long term from its start almost 60 years ago,” said John J. Gebbia, Chairman of Siebert Financial. “Our family is committed to Siebert and the next 60 years, and I’m proud to continue working alongside my sons as we build the next chapter together.”

John M. Gebbia will lead Muriel Siebert & Co., the business that carries the name and legacy of Siebert’s founder, while also bringing his perspective to the parent company’s Board.

“My father taught us to respect what was built before us, but never stop looking for what comes next,” said John M. Gebbia, CEO of Muriel Siebert & Co. “His example will continue to guide how we lead this business and serve our clients.”

As Co-CEOs, David and Richard Gebbia will oversee Siebert Financial’s broader strategy, business development and continued expansion.

“We grew up watching our father build businesses through discipline, resilience and conviction. His guidance has shaped how we think about leadership and execute it,” said Richard Gebbia, Co-CEO of Siebert Financial. “We know this business, we know where the opportunities are, and we have a clear plan to keep growing. We have been preparing for this task for decades now, and have the right experience and ambition to achieve it.”

“Our belief is that every generation has a responsibility to leave the business stronger than they found it, taking key decisions together as a family to shape its future,” said David Gebbia, Co-CEO of Siebert Financial. “That is the standard we are bringing to this next chapter.”

The new leadership structure reflects Siebert’s evolution from a brokerage firm into a broader financial services platform, while preserving the entrepreneurial culture, client focus and long-term approach that have defined the company.

The Gebbia family has led Siebert since 2016, building on the legacy of Muriel “Mickie” Siebert, the first woman to own a seat on the New York Stock Exchange. Since then, the family has expanded the company’s capabilities while maintaining the independent spirit that has defined Siebert since its founding.

Today, Siebert operates across brokerage, wealth management, investment banking, securities lending, corporate services, insurance, financial technology, and other growing areas of financial services.

The leadership team will focus on expanding the Siebert platform, developing new products and partnerships, investing in technology, and creating new ways to serve current and future generations of clients.
