This month, Siebert Financial had the incredible honor of joining over 800 female law enforcement professionals from across the New York metro area at a powerful event hosted by the Police Academy in Queens. It was an unforgettable day that reminded us just how far-reaching the impact of female leadership can be—whether it's on Wall Street, in our communities, or on the front lines of public service.

At Siebert, championing women has always been part of our DNA. Our founder, Muriel Siebert, shattered ceilings as the first woman to own a seat on the New York Stock Exchange—and ever since, we’ve made it our mission to support trailblazers of every kind. Being in a room with hundreds of women in uniform—each one leading with courage, strength, and resilience—was a powerful reflection of that mission in action.

We were proud to show up with intention. We knew our audience and celebrated them accordingly—with a special Sephora gift card raffle, because strong women deserve a little extra self-care too.

We’re deeply grateful to our partners at The Finest Federal Credit Union for making this opportunity possible and for creating space to uplift and honor the women who serve and protect our city every day. These officers are more than public servants—they’re role models, leaders, and a testament to the power of women working together with purpose.

Events like this affirm why our work at Siebert goes beyond finance. It’s about building bridges, honoring legacy, and creating opportunities for women in every field to feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

To the women of the NYPD and beyond: we see you, we honor you, and we’re here to champion you.
