Big Machine Rock and Gebbia Media officially kicked off their Off The Record event series with a packed night in Chicago, marking the first live experience under the new partnership and featuring rising alt-rock artist Ryan Perdz.
With an intimate acoustic set, Ryan performed his latest single “Temporary” live, captivating the crowd and leaving the room buzzing.
Sponsored by Siebert Financial, the event set the tone for what’s ahead: a bold, immersive experience that puts artists and fans face-to-face with the future of rock. It reflected Siebert’s belief that creativity drives progress and its ongoing commitment to breaking barriers and empowering new voices, whether in music, finance, or beyond.
Team members from Big Machine Rock, Gebbia Media, fans, and special guests came together for a night that was more than a concert, it was a statement. A celebration of connection, creativity, and community.
“Off The Record is about creating real moments,” said Heather Luke, General Manager of Big Machine Rock. “We want to take music out of traditional venues and into spaces where fans can feel the energy up close. It’s about breaking down the walls between artist and audience.”
The Chicago debut comes during a transformative year for Big Machine Rock, now operating under Gebbia Media. Led by an all-female executive team, the label continues to shape an innovative vision rooted in authenticity, artistry, and empowerment.
“We’re building something new, where rock meets reinvention,” said Greg Murphy, Executive Vice President at Gebbia Media. “Off The Record reflects that same energy. It’s about real artists, real stories, and real connection.”
The momentum continues with the next Off The Record event set for November 6 in Nashville at East Iris Studio, featuring Ryan Perdz and Wes Parker.
